Gina Blair,

CRPC® Founder, Chief Operating Officer, PBWA Financial Advisor, RJFS

Prior to founding Panichi Blair Wealth Advisors, I started my path in the financial world in 2007, where I started at Wells Fargo and later at Merrill Lynch. I never intended to stay in finance since my education was in criminology and law enforcement. (I’ll be honest, I wanted to help people, drive fast and wear a uniform – which I found out isn’t very flattering on me.) At the same time, I worked at Wells Fargo, I started a career as a police officer for the City of Duluth. My interest in finance grew and so did a career opportunity. I realized I could help individuals and their families in a different manner and still leave an impact. I took the chance and worked in finance full time since 2008.

I hold Series 6, 7, 65 and 63 registrations as well as life, accident and health insurance licenses. I am a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ (CRPC®). This designation from the College for Financial Planning signifies that I have met initial and ongoing experience, ethical education and examination requirements for the retirement planning process.

I live in Hermantown with my husband, Erik; three daughters; and our dogs Bella and Willow. When I’m not at work, you can find us spending time with our horses, Romeo and Stella, running and attempting to garden – which is a lot harder than it looks.

After years of working in the corporate world of finance and investments, I wanted to work with clients in the same manner I talk about money with my friends and family – a fun, personal, relatable and nonjudgmental way. A passion of mine is to assists clients to envision and realize their pre-retirement and post-retirement planning goals.

I look forward to meeting with you!

CRPC® and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor℠ are registered service marks of the College for Financial Planning.
